The Problem

Most AI projects die before launch.

If you've said any of these out loud, you're who we built Vancroft for.

01

Demo-Grade Code

Your demo impressed investors in a Loom. It collapses when 100 real users hit it.

02

The 95% Trap

Your team said "it's 95% done" three months ago. It's still not live.

03

Ghost Developers

The freelancer who built your demo is gone. The code has no docs. Your new dev is lost.

You don't need another developer.
You need a system that survives production.

That's what the Diagnostic maps — and what the Sprint builds.

EdTech startup, pre-seed

Problem

Generating online courses automatically took over 40 manual hours per course and crashed under moderate traffic.

Solution

Engineered a multi-modal AI pipeline on Django + Next.js that structures course lessons, synthesizes audio narration, and generates illustration assets from one prompt.

Result

60% faster course creation, 70% cost reduction, and scales seamlessly past 10,000 active users.

AI Communication Platform

Problem

Support workload overwhelmed staff, and existing RAG queries were slow and contextually inaccurate.

Solution

Built a high-precision FastAPI + Vector Embeddings RAG system processing XML schemas, with tiered authorization limits and a real-time WhatsApp Cloud API sync.

Result

Sub-200ms latency, 60% support workload automated, and processes 10K+ conversations daily at 99% retrieval accuracy.

Global Logistics Corporation

Problem

Needed absolute control over thousands of devices globally, including remote updates and instant device lock/wipe.

Solution

Created a React micro-frontend and Python Odoo backend inside an Nx monorepo, communicating via real-time WebSockets to stream hardware state updates.

Result

10,000+ endpoints managed securely, 45% reduction in IT support tickets, and 99.9% real-time tracking uptime.

How We Ship

4 phases. Clear milestones. No black box.

We designed this process to get you from demo to production as fast as possible, with zero surprises.

01 DISCOVER  ·  48 HOURS

Discover

We audit your architecture in 48 hours. Not a sales call. A real technical review. You'll know exactly what's broken before you spend a dollar.

02 DESIGN  ·  10X CAPACITY

Design

Fixed scope, locked price, no surprises. We design for 10x your current load, not your current demo.

03 BUILD  ·  WEEKLY DEMOS

Build

Weekly demos. Async updates in Slack. You see the system take shape in real-time. No black box reveal.

04 LAUNCH  ·  LIVE IN PROD

Launch

We deploy to production with monitoring already active. Full documentation and runbooks included. We don't hand over code and disappear. We deliver a system that actually runs.

Ready when you are

Most teams spend 6 months on prototypes that never ship. We'll map your system architecture in 20 minutes. No obligation, no pitch deck.

What you'll get on the call:

  • ✓ A clear map of what's between your demo and production
  • ✓ Honest assessment: Audit, Sprint, or neither
  • ✓ A proposal within 48 hours if there's a fit

About Vancroft

I personally architect every system we build.

I'm Wasi Khalid, founder of Vancroft. Two years ago, I started this company with one laptop, no clients, and enough savings for four months of rent.

I didn't win the first six proposals I sent. Then I stopped competing on price and started winning on technical depth and response time instead. Today, Vancroft ships AI systems for founders who are stuck where I used to be: with a demo that works in a Loom and breaks in production.
